We specialize in helping individuals overcome anxiety challenges, whether it's generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and other related conditions. Our evidence-based approach incorporates therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.

In therapy sessions, clients develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, challenge negative thought patterns, and build resilience. With additional expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy - Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) for PTSD and related disorders further equips individuals with the tools they need to regain their sense of calm and balance.
